Delete sealing

If the sealing has been broken, the sealing has to be deleted and afterwards refitted. A sealing can only be deleted by the users or groups who have been chosen when the sealing was added. The user who added the sealing gets the information who broke the sealing when, when opening the record seal. Afterwards the sealing can be broken and refitted.

To delete the sealing a reason must be given. Afterwards confirm with "delete seal" to delete the seal. Afterwards the sealing can be refitted.

In the tab "unblockings" the status of the executed unblockings can be seen again. A "history" entry is not laid out until the sealing has been deleted.
