Connection parameter

If connection problems with to the Enterprise server with a client should occur the timings at the client can be adapted and therefore the problem can be solved.

Error message at the client: "Error creating table handle"

Please add the following parameters in the configuration file at the client at the database connection:

<Database_ihrdbname>

 …

  <NetworkSettings.ResendDelay>800</NetworkSettings.ResendDelay>

  <NetworkSettings.RequestDelay>700</NetworkSettings.RequestDelay>

</Database_ihrdbname>

Please only use space characters for the insertion, no Tabs.

If this should not lead to any improvement, use 4000 and 3000 as parameters, than this will definitively not happen again, but then the connection is also slower for this client.

Problems with Ping: Client breaks down regularly after a minute

If your internal guidelines or your Firewall does not accept Ping, the option "PingClients" in the configuration of the Enterprise server should be deactivated.
