Active users

Via the menu item "file" -> "active users" you can see all users which are currently logged on at the database. The list is offering information first and foremost. Please note that only the number of users that are connected with the database at the same time depends on the number of licenses you have bought.

If a client should break down unexpectedly, it is possible that the connection in the list remains. Normally the list corrects itself if the user logs on the database at the same PC. But you can also correct the list manually, by clicking on the button "correct". Hereby all connections which are older than 24 hours will be deleted.

If you should receive the message that you have arrived the maximum number of user connections another user has to close the database so that another user can log on. Please note that every user that works with Password Safe needs a licence.
