Start a new multi user database. You can do this in the Professional Edition directly via the client, by clicking on the button "set up database" in the login window or via the setup user interface of the Enterprise Server.

 

You can find in the chapter "first steps" -> "set up database" how to start a database.

 

 

That several users can access the database it has to be filed in a network share.
