You can carry out a manual backup directly via the context menu of the backup profile in the "backup time schedule" overview. Highlight a backup profile, afterwards open the context menu with a click with the right mouse button and choose "carry out backup".

 

To activate all "active" backup profiles manually you can use the button "start backup".
