Applications

When this option is activated, Password Safe automatically looks for a suitable application when generating a new password. If one or even more suitable applications are found, they are displayed to enable the correct application to be selected.

 

Folders

This option has the effect of creating a personal folder for every new user added. You can select whether the folder is created in the root directory or in a directory of your choice.

If this option has been activated, you can also create a private folder in the user and group management section by right-clicking on the relevant user.
